A healthy first workspace
Verify these before moving on:- the repo path points at the repository root
CONDUCTOR.mdis being watched- the chosen agent is visible in
PATH - the dashboard shows current project data, not stale config
Creating Workspaces
Use the browser-first Add Workspace flow to connect a repo, generate local files, and begin watching the board.
The recommended path starts in the browser:
On first run, Conductor opens Setup and takes you to Add Workspace when no projects exist yet.
